Also every national forest is in stage 1 fire restrictions. Wood and charcoal fires are only allowed in metal fire rings and grills provided in designated developed campgrounds.

And that it takes 5 minutes to get one. For those that don't know and think you can pass the test without watching the video, you can scroll to the end of the video and start the test right away

Good to hear that the avalanche (landslide? rockfall?) on the road was cleared. Tried going up there in early July and didn't get a chance to see for myself because these guys were blocking the trail.

I spent the weekend at my cabin hanging out with family. Parking on this rock is pretty much the only wheeling I did.

I think that car's been there for over a month now. Whoever was shooting at it from the road, while it's sitting on the road, and with no backstop is a fucking idiot.

    Little flexy.

Can't wait to see what 63s and 14 inch shocks will do. 37s are going to take a little massaging tho.

Just Red Lake. We were going to do Coyote but we had one guy with a broken rear driveline and another with a broken front axle shaft by the time we got to Red Lake.

We spotted a group through going to Coyote and then spotted them back out. A couple of our guys went a ways back. Jen and I just set up camp and had an early dinner and relaxed. I'll do Coyote next time.

It really didn't look any worse than some parts of Red Lake did. My understanding that the only real hard part of Coyote is the first half mile or so.

It's been kind of a crazy couple weeks so it was actually nice to be in the woods but not hammer down wheeling the entire time.
