Hey guys, looking for some help here I am the second owner of this Tacoma. I want to know if anyone else has a 2021 Tacoma military green trd off-road with these red supports. I want to know if if these are OEM or aftermarket put on by the previous owner? And what are these called cause it seems I may need to order and install the driver side one as you can tell in the picture it is crooked.

Aftermarket cab mount bushing. Looks like the bolt is bent and the frame mount has been hit and bent as well. You might just get away with replacing the body mount bolt.

EDIT: it has aftermarket cab mounts on the frame as well. They look ok after looking again.

That is definitely aftermarket. Looks like a body/cab lift. That is not on any stock truck.

That is a cab mount relocate. The original steel cab mount has been cut off and replaced with the steel bracket and red bushing you see.

The truck must have had huge tires at some point in its past.

Does anyone have pictures of what an oem one looks like? Just To confirm it hasn't been relocated and hopefully just replacing them will stop a rattle i hear.

also i would like to replace them with the same after market ones but does anyone know what brand and size these are by looking at the pictures??

The bushings look OK to me. It looks like the issue is the bolt is bent. A new bolt may be all you need.

It has a logo branded on the cab mount itself it looks like to me. Can’t see it well from these pics

Bolt looks bent. Try to replace just that first.

Also the fender was either removed or adjusted at some point. Where is your fender flare?

IMG_7083.jpg Terrible at using markup but this looks to be a crack or where the weld never fused together here

Anyone got a good angled picture of what their cab mount looks like on their 2021?

16-23 models will likely be the same cab mount relocation kit pictured above and on the truck you pictured

That's a cab mount relocation done by Stellar, probably to fit 35s at some point in its past. If you bought a totaled Tacoma and are trying to fix phantom rattles and can't identify a CMR... I hope you have some beer in your future because you're in for a ride.

This is what a stock cab mount looks like:

This is what a relocated cab mount looks like from the same angle, albeit on a 4Runner but you get the gist:

The entire mounting point where the cab sits on the frame is angle grinded away and a new mount welded to the frame.

This article walks you through the process with some good pictures so you can see why everyone thinks this is an obvious change.
