Looking into upgrading my head unit. I'm wondering if I'll still be able to change settings for the truck though, like the door locks or anything else you access through the settings on the OEM head unit.

Any youd recommend that will let me maintain full functionality?

Just upgraded mine and used the maestro rr and it keeps your steering wheel controls and the majority of the oem features.

Joying Headunits with Canbus will keep your usual settings. Some are able to reprogram their steering wheel buttons but I think that's with the newer versions.

no radio is going to have all the oem functionality. but something like the carista app with bluetooth obd2 dongle would allow the settings to be changed.
