So I got a 2 inch leveling suspension and wonder if I'll need to upgrade the upper control arm and the lower control arms so there isn't to much positive or negative camber.

Welcome to Tacoma World. For a 2" lift you probably don't need to upgrade the lower control arms, stock ones are very good in this regard. Upper control arm is usually not a bad idea in that lift range. With an aftermarket upper arm you should be able to target zero camber and still keep enough caster. Some UCAs are even adjustable like the SPC unit (I don't really like those, just my own personal bias). Some other vendors make a UCA with adjustable inner bushings using heim joints that do the same thing and are much more rugged. Choosing which arm is right for you depends on what your plans for the build are.
