I'm currently re-doing the interior of my truck.

I do not want to just put a cover over the dirty seats. I want to replace the fabric.

I've gone to a few local upholstery shops for quotes.
Quotes range from $2500 to $3200...

Are any of you aware of vendors that offer a leather upholstery replacement to the seats shown below?

    Any help is much appreciated.

Wow, those seem like “we don’t want your business” quotes.

Interesting, I didn't think of it that way.

Maybe I should've worn my good t-shirt and been more presentable...

I have used apholstery shop for work for 17 years
    That’s an unreasonable price.

In fact, a non car guy I know bought a new Silverado (preCovid) crew cab
Dealer wanted $3200 for LT leather seats(and whatever else included)
My A. shop did leather seats front/back for $2000(no door cards and no replacement of foam cushions)

    leather much more expensive

    But
Those seats don’t look that bad
Except for the driver seat tear on outer most section on seat bottom
    So
The most cost effective solution would be to tell A. Shop to replace that one section. Hell go wild and get leather.
    Then steam clean everything.
I had to SC mine several times in bad/sweaty sections.

Or shell out the dough for whatever u want
    IMO
To cloth re-apholster, and one driver seat bottom section of foam, $1500 would be extreme
    $1000 seems reasonable

all that cloth material will not be available….too old. Then door cards will not match (if this matters to you)

I checked around with several shops and could not find anyone who would even quote doing an old tacoma. Never could get further with anyone than what the truck was. Guess they assumed not enough $. So instead of covering old dirty seats I cleaned them and went with the wet okole covers. As close to stock as I could find IMO and happy with them. Used a carpet cleaner with hand attachment and waste water solution looked like chocolate milk. Kept going till it came out clean. Then stitched up splits after it all dried and installed covers. Those seats will clean up. Get a bissell carpet cleaner and go to work before you decide.

    Thanks for your input.

Seems like the general take-away is my quotes are too high…

I’ll continue going to different upholstery shops hoping to receive a cheaper option.

    Wow!

Your seats & door panels turned out nice!

    Well done!

As you and others have stated, maybe I need to invest in a steam cleaner.

    Thanks!

I'm also needing to get the steering wheel re-done.

This is a bit easier to find on the internet.

    Any recommendations?

Sending u a PM or DM (whatever it’s called now)
So you can talk to Joel

    as far as steering wheel
    If plastic/rubber(not stitched leather)
    It’s either replace or cover

I have used this company’s product 2 times for my cars/ as gifts 2 times for my 2 brothers
    Excellent quality
    Excellent fitment
    https://www.autoseatskins.com/wheel...MI5eq3i8irgQMVLjbUAR1jjg6ZEAAYASAAEgI3Q_D_BwE

takes about an hour to install but very therapeutic…..after 2 inches of stitching

I saw some thread/utube vid here where owner swapped with Corolla SW….looked plug and play(for airbag)

You had a clean install with the switches.

If I could somehow install seat coolers, that would be my preference.

Yeah, it worked out well with the heated seat wires going through one hole that I made in the carpet under the seat near the transmission hump and coming out behind the carpet at the rear of the lower console panel. With both seats on High I was blowing the 5 amp breaker so now I have a 7.5amp breaker and all is well.
