Good morning. A beautiful Fall day here. The sun is out in clear skies and it is in the upper 40s now, on the way to about 75. A good day to enjoy the outdoors.

Today, one of the WI TW guys is having a mod day at his house. I'd like to go but I have few things to fix around the house. A light in the kitchen was moved yesterday, so its centered over the sink. Got a hole to patch. Then the front deck stairs stringer hangers need replacing. I think the mounting screws broke (rust) when moving old refrigerator out and new one in.

In 2014 as part of my Apprenticeship program I had to take a Mastercam class. Then to get my required hours in that area I took my Mastercam drawings to work and re-did them on Autocad. I haven't done anything with it since.

 

Going to the range to shoot a little then doing some dog-sitting myself. Opposite side of the spectrum. Mini-dachshund vs Great Dane. He probably shits as big as Weinerschnitzel.

Oh yeah, finally having some cooler mornings.

I had mechanical drawing class in H.S. I remember that the instructor wasn't a regular teacher, he was a retired engineer and a very knowledgeable guy. Really enjoyed it.

Well hopefully we can get hot water today. Bottom of tank blew out two days ago. Work has been too busy to get it taken care of. Good thing we are campers we have the equipment and know how to keep going. Have a great day. Stay Well…Stay Safe

Good morning, crew. Tasteycake Pumpkin pies are already on the shelf, 6 of them followed me home this morning from the coffee run. The firewood truck wanted to go for a short rip, so it got to go. It's still pissing oil from somewhere, there's a lingering oil burning smell on the exhaust after about 10 minutes of driving. I'm trying to find my book that spells out the process for doing the maths for laying out a stair stringer. I had it out last year and now it's playing hide and seek, and it's winning!
