Truck hit a bear a few weeks ago but only thing that happened was alignment got knocked and running board bent I’ve had it aligned sense then but I’ve noticed it wanders and pull’s especially on un even roads wondering if it could be the steering rack bushings going ripped some how?

These trucks seem very antsy at highway speeds with low caster. The factory spec is fairly low to begin with but increasing caster seems to help. Have a copy of the alignment specs?

Post your alignment printout. Probably the way the alignment was setup. You want + toe, + camber over like 0.3* and atleast + 2* caster to not wander with these trucks

Do you have stock tire size? Ive had issues like this with the stupid stock alignment while using oversized tires. Maybe they just threw on the stock adjustment, most places do that.

True, the more negative offset you have the more positive camber they should add to compensate for the changed scrub radius, most people don't factor that in

They said caster adjusters were “frozen” so not sure what I’ll be able to do about it

They more then likely did even though it’s lifted 3 inches on 33s with 1.25 spacers

If the LCA adjusters are stuck it can lead to bending the tabs that hold the cams in place. Make sure those little tabs are in place and not bent. If they are, it's possible the lower arms even being tight can move around a little bit.

Caster "adjusters" are usually done by adjusting the tabs on the LCA. They can rust into place. I'm not surprised a shop doesn't want to touch it if it's rusted, because breaking it means replacing it on their dime.

That said, if you're on a 3 inch lift, there's not much caster you can add without upgrading to an aftermarket UCA

They honestly probably did the bare minimum because it was free with a set of tires I bought, what uca would you recommend

Also likely. If it's on a third gen I would be surprised if the tabs are already rust welded.

I had to take mine back and insist on getting the shops alignment expert to get my caster done. Most non-specialty shops put their lowest guy on alignments, and all they know is toe n' go.
