Pre lubing cylinders heads for truck that has been sitting for 2 years

    Generic cold air intake, procomp 51 Series 16 x 8 4.25 Backspacing dee cutz, dorman 610-463 (Longer wheel studs To accommodate the1/4”spacer need to clear Caliper), Rancho quick lift loaded(Temporarily till proper coil over set found, LED head light up grade, BAMFA LCA skid plates, Optima marine grade battery, Universal billet battery holder,AND MUCH MORE TO COME
    My first GEN has been sitting for a few years and I need to get it running was going to prelude the cylinder head with fogging oil while doing spark plug change any recommendations?

    Can pour a little marvel mystery oil down the cylinders.

    Before cranking, rotate the engine by hand, using the harmonic balancer bolt.

    Do an oil change, air filter, tune up parts, etc. And fingers crossed. I'd expect the motor/trans/drivetrain to need something after sitting for any amount of time. Good luck!

    Yeah I changed the oil, clean out the cold air in take filter, drained the fuel line, new fuel filter, new spark plugs. Was going to pull the efi fuse and crank it but maybe I’ll just turn the engine by hand. Was going to use stabil fogging oil but I have been hearing good things about that Marvins mystery oil. Thanks for the reply.
