Appreciate the reminder, vacation has become in limited supply the rest of the year. But should be able to make this

And let's not forget about the 2nd Annual Winter Camping trip!

25* and no humidity sounds pretty good about now...

ill try a different approach and be over prepared this time. Expecting low 40's and getting snow and mid 20's was something else

    Truer words were never spoken.

I'm taking off Oct 6 - 15 to run the Traverse and then head over to Bankhead National forest, or maybe up into the Smokies...or maybe both.

Caution to anyone thinking about going out to Sarah's creek trail anytime soon. After the first creek crossing there is a spot that use to be a little technical. It's now much more difficult. I would recommend against going without skids, big tires, and trail experience. Having a spotter would be good too. Of course like always the pic doesn't really do it justice. It's a high risk of damage or rolling your truck. I'm surprised it's not closed. They've closed another trail out there a couple years ago that wasn't as bad as this spot.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    Hells yeah! Brapppp, send it!

That’s exactly the line I took last time I was out there! It’s a nice little obstacle that separates the crowd for the nice secluded campsites and the wonky trail in the back!

I was behind a gladiator Rubicon that was scared to do it. I thought to myself why spend that kind of money if you aren't gonna use it.
