He needs to pull it in closer to the rest of the truck anyway, he can cut 4" or whatever amount needed off the ends of the tubes amd not worry about the existing heat affected zone.

Found out I have to wait up to 30 days before I can chop this up to fit right. So far I've been "refunded" the amount on the CC but have to wait for the case to be closed.

Got an email from him threatening me with legal action if I don't send the bumper back. He stated I am defrauding him and need to respond ASAP. I wrote back that I will send it back on his dime when the CC dispute is completed. I hope no one else gets to where I am with this.

That's the plan, just waiting for the dispute to be finished before I send it back ON HIS DIME. Don't want it to go sideways and then I get burned.

Seems fair since you received a defective product.

Yea man, I had the same issue when my bumper arrived. The mounting points were an inch off. I had my guy cut and reweld the brackets and mounted up pretty evenly. Although, the bumper did arrive with blemishes, a chip in the skid plate, etc. It was a nightmare dealing with this whole situation, but all in all, the bumper lined up and mounted after some work.

I called Drew on his cell and he zelled me $200 (for blemishes, etc)...shoulda asked for more or filed a claim, but I didn't want to deal with it. He told me, "Once you cut off the crossmember, I should've told you, use a ratchet strap to pull the members in..." i was like WHAT lol.

The dispute is complete. He reached out and I told him I will ship it back, waiting for a shipping label. I gave him the UPS store I'm going to ship from he hasn't responded.

Hey man I had a similar experience with that bs company. I ordered a rear bumper that was a month late. It didn’t have a bed liner top like it advertised online. It wasn’t a direct bolt on fit. The license plate hinge didn’t allow multiple different hitches to fit. It didn’t come with a license plate light either. After reaching out with little to no response I was told I’ll send it tomorrow…he never did and claims he was on vacation but someone else will do it. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a small business. He shows no effort to make his mistakes right and I think it’ll prove to affect his business

Dude is a scam. Look him up on BBB. He has done countless people wrong here in the Central Valley. I'm one of them. Stay away from him.

Don't get started on FB. Dude has a bad reputation on there. Same stuff about making excuses, not coming through and poor quality work.

He just posted a 50% of all items on Instagram which is suspect.

It's probably catching up to him. You can do wrong for so long until it catches up.
