Fixed the leaking windshield, now I need to fix the rust hole in my floor pan.

    I don't, but for those who might, pictures would very likely help.

    That said, the quick and dirty fix could be to cut back the rust and use sheet metal to form a patch which would be riveted in place. The prime and paint with rust inhibitor paint.

    The right way would likely be to remove the seat and carpet, grind back the rust and the weld a patch in place.

    This isn't a Tacoma, but the general principles are the same.
