    Hey guys,

I need to replace the exhaust from behind the second cat to the muffler. Needs to include the opening for the O2 sensor at the right location. None of the results I can find look right to what I am seeing on my truck.

It's obviously already been modified. Looks like a new rear cat. There is usually a flange after the rear cat, that has been removed. I don't think you could use off the shelf bits at pieces at this point. Gotta take it to a muffler shop.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Some one cut the flange off the cat and the intermediate pipe .

Not sure how much over all length was removed the factory size intermediate pipe might be to short .

The pipe you would need is the Intermediate pipe . If you don`t weld an exhaust shop would be your best bet.

It would be worth asking them to install a flange after the sensor. Might be a few extra bucks, but could save ya down the line when / if you replace the muffler.

I had to replace the entire exhaust system on a truck similar to yours. I went with Walker exhaust parts. They have the intermediate pipe that you are looking for as well as the muffler and tailpipe. Let me know if you need any other info, like gaskets and the O2 sensor part numbers.
