Sure did, and proof the crust isn't burnt! Wow that thing gets hot. much hotter than I've ever had my grill.

I meant to reply this days ago but just saw it in drafts.

    Dammit!
Why TF do I keep looking at this thread?!??

Especially when I'm hungry and know the SWMBO hates all the supreme type toppings I love.

I usually make cheese for myself. We had enough dough for 2 pizzas and my wife made that BBQ chicken pizza and it was freaking delicious!

Slap a pizza stone on the grill!
I want an OONI but I also don't need more stuff - the pizza stone/grill was a great compromise at 20$

My stone [on a LP grill] gets to just under 650 - I cook pizza for 5-6 minutes and don't have an issue with burning the bottom.

I really wish I could get the wife to try other toppings....
But she really despises onions, peppers, beef and the like.
Shes pretty much a black olives/pepperoni/ham girl only.

Absolutely nothing wrong with even a good cheese only pizza.
Especially if it's made by hand with good cheese.

I'm actually picking up am OONI from my friend. It's the one that runs on pellets. I've used it many times when we go camping. If it get's good use here then I can talk the wife into getting the larger one easier.

I have one of those kits to use on a weber kettle grill but I don't have a Weber Kettle grill or any other for that matter. I used to have a pizza stone for my grill but it broke some time ago and I never replaced it.

Then that must be at least part of what I'm doing wrong - I went for at least double that time.

Breakfast pizza was made last night and enjoyed by all. Was even my breakfast this morning.

The edges are biscuit dough rolled into snakes so that I could add some extra cheese/sausage gravy. I did a par bake on the crust let it cool some and then added everything and back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Cold pizza in the morning is great! Maybe in this case heated.

Ya because of the gravy and eggs I heated it up. I love cold pizza though.

Sometimes I watch videos from this guy on Youtube named Mark Wiens. He travels all over the world trying different foods. I was watching one of his videos today and he is in Guatemala and he had a pizza cooked on/in a Volcano in the lava fields. Pretty interesting. I found the guy here: https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/pizza-pacaya
