Very simple to install. I just added an add a fuse to the 12v outlet fuse block, (the one in the truck under the dash.)

I love mine as well! Sold the Snugtop for one and I’m so glad I did. As for the rear window access, I rarely used mine so no big deal for me. And I find it doesn’t really get that dirty. But my windows are tinted so maybe I don’t notice :)

Swapped in the just received MESO Steering Wheel Fix and the AJT black trim pieces I’ve had sitting around for months.

Once again I fell victim to the questionable influence of this place, and swapped the mirror signals for the smoked sequential version.

    20230922_142450-1.jpg

Added a piece of flair to the bed cap.

    20230922_143317-1.jpg

And put some of sphinxbccp's tag light covers on a few days ago. I was sort of skeptical that they would make much of a difference, but they really do improve the view from the backup camera at night. I didn't realize how obnoxious that glare was until it was gone.

Tweeter upgrade. Super easy and it made a noticeable improvement in sound quality. Definitely worth $79

How was the install? Pretty straight-forward? Any soldering or is it plug and play? Thank you!

It’s the little things. This was a 15 min mod. And the kind you can’t tell you did after, which is a good thing imho if you catch my drift.

I know others have done it too and thanks for those posting. Made it easy for me to pull trigger and know it works with my bumper. SSO hybrid - which I also love.

Doing a little bit at a time.
Tires do have codes on them to identify them. Even though you may have RH it will still cost you when one is replaced. Also if the tire shop wants to be tough to deal with they can deny your RH claim for many reasons. This is food for thought.

Glad to hear it! It's crazy how many people think they're snake oil or placebo effect. If you have any issues with them let me know!

Looks like it was a winner!

Not perfect, but the manufacturing was good at least.
I think I might now know why so many have had issues with these beyond manufacturing problems.

KTJO has now changed the way the l lower faster attaches; from a blind nut clip to a fairly wimpy Jack nut.
I drilled out the body mount where the plastic clip for the OEM a-pillar sat with a 3/8" bit and used a stainless steel 1/4-20 nutsert. The 3/8" bit is just a tiny bit bigger than the OEM opening so it doesn't take much.

The issue I think folks run onto is that no matter how they attach the lower screw the angle of attack you need for a socket head (or in my case and Allen wrench) to get in there is NOT the same angle that the handle base it at.
The screw(s) have to be started at a much steeper angle than you would think looking at the handle.
