Aftermarket Radio to Factory Wired Camera (2005-2011)

    My truck, despite being a base model, had the factory wiring just running to a blank camera. It was very simple to install and I found the wires needed inside the cab fairly quickly.

    When I enter reverse it toggled to the camera on the head unit but states there is an issue with connection or power, and upon testing with a multimeter I realized there’s no power going to the camera in reverse.

    Are there any harnesses required for connecting the factory wiring to an aftermarket head unit or should I just continue troubleshooting to the best of my ability?
