Curious as to your tire/wheel combo and offset.

 

currently on 4runner SEMA wheels (can’t remember the offset off the top of my head, i believe the same as the tacoma pro wheels but 17’s) and 275/70/17 wildpeak at3w’s. stock suspension as of now, been looking at suspension upgrades as of late

From the informative and good looking site trailtacomadotcom - which I found out in another thread you can not post their URL links here, TW rejects it (they are at war w/each other?). Yours have very low offset of all the TRD wheels - the big "poke" .
I am more than pleased upgrading suspension to Bilstein Shocks 6112/5160. Several shock vendors like Shock Surplus call it "best bang for the buck of what we sell". Made way more of difference than I would've guessed. Eats up very familiar bumps/holes on my hunting route that used to seriously rock the truck.

Lots of states have different blends for summer vs winter months for fuel that can impact mpg too.

 

Do the tires rub being the size they are?

 

only a little only noticeable rub in full turn going in reverse sometimes and in full turn going up a bump with some speed, not too bad though honestly

 

This is great! Kinda sux buying a used, high mileage truck with no maintenance data other than a few "maintenance done" entries off the carfax! I feel SOOOO behind now!
