Any help would be appreciated with my 2001 Tacoma 3.4l 4x4 double cab not getting power to my fuel pump. I have looked and looked and read every post I could find on this issue try to avoid having to post for help, but I am just stumped and frustrated at this point. I have tested all relays for continuity and showed specs as noted in FSMs. I swapped relays around just to double check for a bad relay issue, but nothing worked. I had a hard time finding the COR because mine isn't in the location shown in the FSM. Mine is located on the inside junction box lower right side. It has 4 wires out the back, 2 W-R, 1 L and 1 W-L colored. One of my issues is no longer being young enough to contort my body to stay in the floor board very long. I was well into my 40s when purchased my old girl new in 2001. I think I have narrowed it down to the COR W-L wire though. Using a lighted test probe I have grounded to the body, I can insert it from the backside into the W-L connector and the fuel pump gets power. Truck starts and runs fine even after I remove the probe. My probe lights up on both W-R wires, but not W-L or L wires. Occasionally, I did get probe to light up on the L wire, but just occasionally. Do you think I have a loose wire issue or an ECU issue? Please help me spare my old bones anymore pain than necessary to resolve this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
