    Tacoma Lifestyle had been getting a bit of flack here lately so I wanted to post my positve experience wit them. I emailed @tacomalifestyle on Monday 9-18 at around 12PM about a warranty claim, sent details and pictures. Relieved a reply from Ben at 1:45PM the same day that they would replace the part in question, and at 4:45 PM the same day received an email confirming the order for the replacement part. The next day, 9-19 received email that the shipping label had been created, 9-21 email that my item had shipped, and the box just showed up this afternoon 9-23.
    I have ordered from Tacoma Lifestyle a couple of times and other than taking a few days for things to ship have had no issues.
