There were 2 guys on ATVs that stopped every time they saw us to see what Pat was going to climb! The one guy kept yelling F&CK YEA!

    Damn, that was fun today!

Got tired after unloading and going up and down three flights but we're here. Had a grand old time and feel a little accomplished at tackling more challenging stuff. Following @pearing and @Taco-Grinder doesn't leave you much choice but they'll at least get you through it :drunk:

@OldSchlPunk , I appreciate the patience on some of those lines I felt iffy on. Glad you're getting plenty of use on that front camera. I know it helped me a lot this time around.

@wi_taco it was great getting to know a kindred Taco Bell connoisseur a little more. The Old Fashioned's were kick ass  Looking forward to your adventures coming up!

The girls had a lot of fun and we appreciate you guys making it so!

I fell way behind on this thread, but I voted in the poll. I didnt see an option for “mildly offended”, but I guess I wont’ take offense at that. I will be tent camping this time around, and planning for Fri and Sat. I will eat anybody’s food and gladly chip in, but I don’t mind eating out of bag either (beef stroganoff in a bag is a nice treat).

At this point, I’m planning on skipping the body modification trail run on Friday.

I was showing the guys behind me "what not to do".
I keep thinking of reasons why that tire slipped off the berm.

It was great having your family along.

    I didn't follow Pat everywhere.

Later on Sunday afternoon @OldSchlPunk stopped over on his motorcycle. He still had big smile on his face while talking about the weekend.

Think I mentioned it, but we were in the midst of a celebrity! His buddy with the camera is the same one that had the Nissan in this video. Both of them were pretty cool guys. I didn't put two and two together until he mentioned the Nissan.

Edit: He did end up saying he "had" the Nissan. Makes me think we can turn him over to the dark side.

To be fair, as a Toyota Tech... There's a lot of really good things. Nissan did with the third gen frontier. Some things they've been doing since the second gen that Toyota blatantly refuses to learn from. Overall I'd still take a taco for off-road use but for a daily... I think a third gen Frontier would be a better choice.

    For Bayfield?

No reservations. East Twin (well, pretty much everything) is FCFS this late in the year.

I'll be there by Thursday afternoon sometime. I'll try to get a site on the water, and will post after getting set up.

We'll try to get 2-3 sites on Thursday, so there's room for everyone who shows up on Friday.

I also added a link to East Twin in the OP.

So, who has 2 thumbs and was getting geared up for this weekend doing TW Fall Colours Tour? o_O Talk about a letdown; completely deflated the anticipation for the weekend. I definitely will have no excuse to not be ready by next Friday. Gotta renegotiate time off though. :annoyed:
