Anyone else seen this? all 4 flares are cracking at the cosmetic bolts. No, the bolts were not over tightened, and the flares were not impacted or stressed...

I can't believe we are the only ones. Super disappointed for what these things cost. Bushwacker is sending another set, but these were raptor lined, so lots of work to take them off, spray the new set, and get them re-installed.

And now wondering if the new set is going to do the same. We used UPOL grip 4 adhesion promoter with black raptor liner... Both products designed to go onto flexible parts so have to assume that they didn't cause the issue and also that bushwacker flares are made to be sprayed...

Hopefully just got a bad set?

I asked multiple times if they have seen this and they did not reply to that question

I gave up on all flares.

I just bedlinered the whole trim and pushed in plastic clips where the holes were.

Could be the raptor lining that's cracked and not the flare itself.

no, its the flare. took off the rears and they are spider webbed around the cosmetic bolts, putting a slight bend to the flare causes it to crack like glass, but the cracks only go about 1/2 way down the flare, then it bends
