My brother just got a JL Rubicon 392, in that bright FCA red.......and of course the ONLY color you can get the interior of the 392 in is bright red leather.
    Yikes is it bright!

Not sure it's something I could get used to.

Can't you get the 392 Rubicon X in Sarge Green? Which just looks right on a Jeep. If I had some extra cash laying around I'd pick up a Gladiator, but no 392 Hemi.

You can get other exterior colors in the 392, silver, black, ect (not sure about army green) but no other colors for the interior, other than bright red.

I think it’s ugly. Too much shiny shit. Perfect for “Pro” owners. :D

Here’s a photo. Not leaned back and we aren’t tall.
The difference is the seat isn’t a foot thick with some goofy suspension on it.

100%. We just lived through an era where the pinnacle of Tacomaness was $70k cringe overland builds that rarely see a fire road. Of course Toyota is going to make their versions of that.

Is that the same color? I don’t like it anymore then. Everyone has a gray car lately.

They changed it for the new MY. Previous years had standard interiors.

My truck is Carbonized Gray, probably the 2nd most common color after oxford white. I'd prefer Stone Gray not available on STX, but I could have lived with chrome bumpers and tan interior. I like Avalanche Gray and Area 51 Blue, which I think got dropped for 24, no Stone Gray yet for 24 either. If any thing it blends in.

    22 I considered buying.

I forget what year this paint selection is from, but the Interceptor Utility has many choices of gray to chose from. I like Arizona Beige, it's extremely boring.cq5dam.web.470.470.jpg

Most shades of grays look pretty good on trucks.

It punishes the rear seat occupants to remind them they are not worthy of the TRD Pro throne

It truly makes it a non-option for anyone with kids.

It's the designation for the latest generation of Wranglers:

    2018 - current JL (4th Gen)
    2007 - 2017 JK (3rd Gen)
    1997 - 2006 TJ (2nd Gen)
    1987 - 1995 YJ (1st Gen)

My brothers 2024 JL is the 392 Rubicon with a 6.4L Hemi V8.

Had a work friend who had a Liberty......
    Don't ever buy one.....ever.

TJ is GOATed gen. A rust free LS swapped TJ is fantastic.

JK and JL share MY18 as well.

I owned a CJ and a TJ as well. Both Ok, but not super reliable vehicles. Both fine on the trail.

My little 42 MB was the only Jeep out of the 5 or 6 I've owned that I still dearly miss. Now that Jeep was a blast.

And now back to your regularly scheduled 2024 Taco talk.

For what it’s worth, the b pillar on the ‘24 has been moved backwards, so you’re still probably okay. Note also where the seat cushion is relative to the wheel
