2007 toyota Tacoma 4.0L V6 112k miles start up fine, idle fine, no check engine light but then when I start driving and get up to around 3k rpm the engine sounds like it’s revving at max rpm’s with no power behind it and engine light starts and get diagnostic code for cylinder 3 and 4 then starts idling sluggish. Also changed the spark plugs and switch the coils around to see if code changed or moved and nothing. Fuel injector claimed they were oem which I now see there are a lot of fakes apparently

That description could be many things, including a slipping clutch or automatic transmission

Does the tach continue to rise and the vehicle not accelerate when this happens?

Have you checked backpressure on the catyletic converters? Kinda sounds like a plugged cat.
