    Im probably a little late to the party on this subject..... but I figure like myself, there might be others who have their first Tacoma and are still discovering things like this...

    If you are considering one of these, Id say its a safe bet. I paid $239. for mine from Crutchfield.... Followed Provo Beast on You Tube, purchasing the items he outlines in his video.

    Install was straight forward and went well. The result is a much richer sound and far more enjoyable experience. Not as good as the JBL system in my 2018 Camry XSE, but Id call it at least respectable.

    I have a total of $321.92 with the sub itself, LC converter, T-Harness and Wiring Kit... For the money, its a total home run.

    It won't take much to make it sound better than the Tacoma's JBL system. Co-worker has the JBL in his PRO and I've got the non-JBL in mine. With the same amplified sub, replaced speakers, Alpine power pack and sound deadening mine is cleaner, louder and has more range.
