Found a silver 4x4 front bumper that’s color matched for basically free on Craigslist. But it is for a 4x4 that had flares and I have a base model 2wd no flare front bumper. So what would be the best way to plug the holes where the fender flare clipped in on the silver bumper? Don’t want to add flares to my truck and don’t want the plugs to look like shit either. Suggestions??

Did you end up buying this bumper? And if so how did you go about plugging the holes?

They're not holes they're line slots. Which can be filled by doing bodywork.
Or selling and getting steel bumper

Yeah I’m thinking about getting a used hybrid bumper or just buying an aftermarket color matched 2wd bumper without the flare slots if I can’t figure out a good way to fill them for somewhat cheap.

Do you have any pictures? My little brother has a 3D printer so maybe I can have him make some.

This is the best pic I can find. I switched to bushwackers flares so no longer have the plugs.

If you print in ASA plastic it can be smoothed using a very light rub with
    acetone

    Nice, thank you!
Also, how do those Bushwacker flares fit compared to the stock ones? Are they closer to the bottom edge (facing the top of the tire) of the fender? My 305s hit the stock flares and pop them off repeatedly so that’s why I’m running it without them for now.

I like the bushwackers but only after I drilled them into my fenders. The bolts that come with them are only aesthetic which is dumb and the fenders popped off while wheeling sometimes but not anymore! Haha

I think they probably had less clearance than stock fenders but I trimmed mine and they clear a 33” tire with room to spare
