Hopefully that’s your one and done trip to the dealer. Results are typical.

They are claiming it was just “because of the skid plate”. I also asked them to set tire pressure to 30 per the door sill as I drove it in with that … they set it to 37.

Local here has a habit of over-inflating the tires. I got out the label maker and put it in the same area as the other stickers (driver's door jamb). You would think they would already know . . .

If they rotated your tires, I wonder if they torqued the lug nuts to factory specs?

Every time I had a toyota care visit, I came back with my tire pressure set to around there...even after I had reset it to 32 psi before. What the heck is it with them? The rest of the work was impeccable.

Looks like they technicians may have not replaced the oil fill cap when they changed the oil. Result was oil splatter on underside of the hood and some leakage which was noted by you on your garage floor

I like doing my own oil changes. Gives me a chance to check the undercarriage and gets me away from the wife for a bit. :)

It may not be very common. I just don't want my truck to be the one missing the filter element.

I do my own service, and when I can’t I pay someone I trust to do it. I don’t trust the dealership, free doesn’t make shitty service a good deal.
