Has anyone had any luck with some aftermarket endlinks? I’ve noticed one of mine looks like a popped gusher with white grease leaking out. Getting a replacement from Toyota is an option but if anyone has recommendations for affordable after markets I would also be interested.

If you want them to last 30k miles just get the oem Toyota end links, even tho they are almost 2 X the price of aftermarkets

Before you spend money on replacing the endlinks, yank the sway bar off for free and drive around for a bit. You likely won't miss it with that suspension setup. I don't miss mine :)

On my first gen the OEM ones would last twice as long or more than aftermarket ones

yeah I keep seeing some beefed up versions being used on 4Runners but I haven’t heard of any long term/ tacoma reviews

Take the swaybar off and drive it for a few days. You probably won't even notice it's gone.

I have Icons with 700# springs. You will notice the missing sway bar for sure, even just jiggling the steering wheel at city speeds - the truck settles into a turn with more delay. It is manageable.

Mevotech TTX is a good alternative to OEM, with thicker link dia., grease fittings, and wrench flats to aid removal later. Moog has the same features but users report bad boot quality.

You'll notice it, but not in a bad way. I noticed the truck riding a ton smoother and that having some body roll made it a lot more fun to drive. Then I got my suspension revalved to be even softer and allow for even more body roll. Can hang this thing out when the road is curvy without it feeling scary at all. I love it. Absolutely worth testing out.

I would 100% say this is due to alignment specs and not from removing the sway. A sway bar shouldn't affect how the steering wheel returns to center. I lean mine out all the time and it always comes right back to true with no delay coming or going. 4 deg caster here. With the 35's though I'd imagine your caster would be high also so not sure why you'd have that issue, maybe the extra tire weight, but I don't believe it to be from the sway bar.

Would agree about Moog's though. They used to be the best but since they started rebranding parts their quality has gone down. But I generally still have pretty good luck with most of their parts.

100% agree on sway bar removal. I hesitated for awhile but I was looking for a clunk and removing the sway bar was an easy way to knock a few items off the list. Drove around for a couple days and eventually threw the whole thing in the trash. I’ve got 5100s on my truck but honestly you won’t even remember you took it off after a little while

i removed my sway bar when i went with icons. during daily driving its seriously not even noticeable over the ultra soft pogo stick trd offroad shocks with the sway bar. icons are digressive valving and better for body roll but if your foxs are dual speed compression then you can dial out that body roll too an extent too. i have no sway bar on my 1st gen with kings too and would never go back to having one on either truck

You misunderstood. The steering wheel returns to center just fine. When you turn the steering wheel, the vehicle leans away from the turn to load up the outside tires, then the vehicle changes direction. With the sway bar removed, there's a bigger delay with the body roll. This can compound itself in a quick double lane-change maneuver (the so called moose test) and even lift a tire. So it's important to know about it and avoid such maneuvers if the sway bar is removed.

This absolutely makes sense. You do not want to go diving into turns until you know how the vehicle performs with the additional allowed weight transfer. This is why I don't recommend removing it with stock suspension, but with beefed up shocks with better damping it is very easy to adjust to. And it still will require a pretty incredible act of idiocy to have the truck flip or get a loss of control because of it.

OEM links all the way. I used Moog links and they did not last (eventually replaced them with OEM links).
