2TR Knock

    2006 Tacoma 2TR Silver
    Help my diagnose this knock! My 2006 Tacoma has a 2TR from a 2013. Same as the original motor, you’d never know from looking that it’s not stock. I’ve had absolutely no issues until the last 1k miles or so, I started noticing a knocking at 1800-2100 RPMs. It’s been getting worse and louder now. I’ve read many threads about lifters, throwout bearing, exhaust rattle, and many other problems, but I’m not sure where to begin with this.

    Please help me figure out how to fix this! Thanks!
