Can I use a high lift jack on these kind of sliders

    Those aren't sliders...they aren't attached to the frame. Definitely do not use them to lift the truck

    those are the OE Aluminum "nerf" bars. They are not made to lift the weight of the truck

    Yes you can, and you can even rotate your tires this way, (if placed in the right location).
