Looking for SR / SR5 Automatic Shift Knob

Does anybody have an SR/SR5 automatic shift knob in good condition lying around? A buddy threw his away when he bought a Teton shift knob and someone stole it when he left his windows down when parked at work. Now he wants to go back to stock so people won't be tempted to steal it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks but he doesn't want the leather. I offered him mine once my truck arrives as I plan on replacing it. He said he bought the aluminum because it would be easy to keep clean. Same reason he wants to go back to the plastic/rubber of the SR5 shifter.
