Ok so I DO NOT have the normal complaint of squeaking, but when I press it in. When I release the pedal the squeak or maybe even a shearing sound, goes away.

I put all the upgrades on it last summer....the sleeve ,the bearing, LC ENGINEERING complete upgrade.....new fork....greased....bearing greased.. .slave.....but I noticed there was something missing.....there is a small void that looks like a cover goes there. I asked about this previously someone sent to Toyota parts with a number for what they thought it was but it was way toooo big of a cover....this something about 3 inches long and about a 1in wide....if someone could look under manual transmission(RA60F 6spd) and see what I mean because I think I may have dirt....once again.....IT'S ONLY WHEN I PRESS IT IN.....sometimes IT GOES AWAY AND I DON'T HEAR IT @ ALL FOR DAYS.....vehicles......money pit....but a wonderful money pit....so answer my question if you can....ha ha ha!....

you didn't say what kind of sleeve, bearing, fork, or slave

there is an inspection port cover on the transmission
    like on any vehicle's transmission

I have not seen dirt cause squeaking. Nor work it's way in when the inspection cover is present.
If there is dirt, you can rinse it out with water. Then dry the water. Which likely won't change anything.
Dirt is kicked backwards by tires, not into the transmission.
The most common way to get dirt in there is incorrectly driving manual through water; disengaging the clutch to where it opens, in the presence of a high level of dirty water (such as a water crossing) allowing dirt to get in, that then needs to be cleaned out.

so the sleeve, bearing, fork and slave(it's a blue color it that matters) were LC Engineering and URD. We know the oversized bearing and sleeve is really PDM......they make them for lots of application and sell them to companies. I talked them awhile ago.
So dirt won't cause that......STRANGE, AND I BELIEVE YOU! I don't have time for wheeling right now, but the noise went away. Once again it only happens when the pedal is pushed in, and goes away when I release it. Sometimes when the sound is less, I hear like a squeak when I press in the pedal, BUT TODAY 9/25/23, the sound had me worried. I can hear it when I'm between parked cars, the sound is encapsulated by being between the cars @ like a walmart parking lot. If I'm driving between cars, sometimes I can hear it as I go through the gears and off an on the clutch, but it went away, and only did it for about a half hour, and it's done it before. I even got road raged and was kind of rough on it and NO SQUEAK. I have stage 2 clutch(LCE) with a bigger flywheel to.

Any thought of what I'm hearing? I guess you could say it only does once in awhile when it is loaded against the clutch splines(fingers). And yes, the debate goes on whether its a constant velocity or only when it's pressed in.
    Thanks for the help.

Does it sound like an old barn door creaking? Try lubing the clutch pedal pivot points with disc brake grease if so, its a pretty common problem.

sometimes, but sometimes more intense, almost like shearing, but when I don't hearing shearing like squeaking, it's a barn door? Could it be that I need to regrease my bearing, or fork? I used high temp grease....STP or LUCAS tacky if I remember correctly and it's been over a year. I have a tube of disc brake grease, I'll try that, but if anyone has experienced anything like that let me know please.
    Thanks.......;)

Is the noise inside the cab? The clutch pedal “pivot “ point needs a squirt of some lube.

Is the noise more coming from underneath the truck? Sounds like the throwout bearing.

It comes and goes like I said. When I'm sitting and not running it, sometimes the pedal will squeak underneath when I'm sitting in my driveway, but then when I'm running it, it sounds like the pedal squeaks, and then something else is squeaking like as if it's rubbing or squealing, BUT ONLY when I have it pressed in. After it gets warmed up, the sound goes away, but for the 1st half hour, each time I apply pressure or all the way in(forward) pressure, when I'm changing gears, then I hear it, but it goes away.
Any need to regrease bearing or shift fork ball, or just the clutch pedal pivot points. It's raining here today, no way I'm crawling around my floor board today unless it became an emergency.

What you're describing sounds like the release bearing is making noise under load

Yes, indeed, but I couldn't come up with that. So what is going on? Remember it comes and goes, not consistent. Is it a bearing replacement or is master cylinder replacement?

It sounds like the throw out bearing to me, if I’m understanding correctly.
