I brought in my 98 Tacoma after lifting it to get aligned. Unfortunately, the shop wasn't able to get the front alignment right and blamed it on the aftermarket UCAs even though they have adjustable camber. They said I needed new lower control arms as well which I don't think makes sense. The new suspension is listed below. I'd appreciate if anyone could give any feedback about how I can go about fixing this. I believe it should all be fixable by just adjusting caster and camber with the SPC UCAs and stock LCAs.
    • 31in tires (soon to be 33)
    • Front Bilstein shocks w/ 881 OME coils (2.5 of lift on stock bumper)
    • SPC Upper Control Arms
    • Rear Bilstein shocks with w/ Icon add a leaf
    • Dobinsons Dif drop kit

I'm not an expert by any means so here goes...
It looks like the eccentric on the uca adjustment has the spindle pushed all the way out. Not all shops are familiar with adjustable uca's yet.
IMO, on a 2.5" lift they should be able to get that lined up with stock uca's.

Never having set up the SPC’s I wasn’t sure of the settings from looking at a picture of them. If they’re all the way out then yeah, it would make it super hard to get camber to be zero’d out and positive caster at the same time.

In most cases with nice upper control arms on these trucks you can get zero camber and positive decent caster with the rear lca cam all the way out and the front dead center or near.

Likely the lower eccentrics are seized. Also typically we start with the ball joint on the SPC on the outboard position.

Thank you all for the replies. I think I understand how I can fix this now, just need to talk to the shop.

Update to what was wrong. The shop put on the bearing that connects the UPC backwards giving it too much positive camber.
