I have a 06 4.0. 265/70R16

I'm looking at wheels from a 2020 v6 with 265/70R16 as well

Will they fit my truck?

No issue of offset or anything?

 

No, they should clear your brake calipers and there shouldn’t be any fitment issues with that tire size. If it was a 265/75/16 you might have had to remove the front little mudflap but you probably won’t even need to do that.

I was also just looking at the same swap for my 09 DCSB 4wd offroad. You have a Prerunner so fitment clearance may be diff. Both 6 lug bolt 6x139.7.
Stock wheel is a 42611-AD021 called "Wheel Alloy 18" per dealer site a 16x7JJ a 5 spoke and has an offset +30 for 05-15 models.
Newer wheel is #26LOCH48H 16x7J for 16-23 models and has an offset of +25 it states.
So you will loose 5mm or about 0.2 inches clearance at the UCA ball joint per my calculations.
If running more street type tires no issues but I run Falken AT3 and air down in sand/rocks where clearance could be an issue with the sidewall flexing rubbing the ball joint.
I have not tried actual fitment on my Tacoma as set here is wheels only so I would have to change all out and check.
Bottomline is yes they will bolt on and if you can measure both at that UCA ball joint and please report/post pics or measurements as there are a lot of these wheels out there and lots of 05-15s looking for upgrades.
(Note that there are also lots of 17" sets like these out there from 4Runners).
