I currently have Eibach stage 1's for a 2nd gen tacoma (3rd Gen Stock Coils 717lb)

Is anyone running the stage 1's and able to do some trail/prerunning with the stage 1 setup?
Would having a higher or lighter spring help with ride quality when on those trails?
