I might be talking way above my pay grade but the TRD Offroad has a 2 piece splash guard/engine skid. Maybe removing the remaining skid/splash would make life easier?

Re-reading things again I see something about an aluminum skid both mine were steel maybe I'm way off base.

That was exactly it. I was afraid to take those off since I had so much of the rest of the front off already. I was afraid of knocking something out of alignment. Guess I need to dig out my 14mm socket and get to work.

    Thanks for posting that!!

Had some fun tonight at the rolls OHV area with my brother and our friend. Pulled my buddy's 2wd ranger up a bunch of hills.

It was indeed the battery. Tested fine at autozone, wouldn't even test at Sams club.

Random question for the TW AZ Crew. Anybody have a recommendation for vehicle storage? Im running out of space and I have two classic vehicles which I need storage for, long term. Even larger of a space would be ok, preferably id store 3 vehicles there.
Any TW members know of or have experience with a storage facility or small commercial building I can rent for long term storage? Good problem to have but alas a problem. I'm in chandler but I can travel around the valley for the right set up.

Im approaching the need for this as well and would be willing to go in on a bigger space with people as well. Even better if it could be shop space.

Thanks dudes, I am familiar with these and I appreciate you guys mentioning Falcon, toybarn, luxe locker etc.... Honestly (other than the cost) I just dont really need a condo concept where I hang out and drink beer with the vette dudez on the weekend. Just want to store some cars and be done with it securely. Those sites are typically north of $300k and $1000/mo association dues.

Holy crap! At that rate just buy some land and put a metal building on it. Damn thats nuts. I just went down and did a measurement for a guys fence down in mesa. He bought a pos house and out back has a 10' fence and stores all his cars there. Probably had 30 different vehicles back there and you would never know from the run down house on the street.

Awesome! Let's plan on the 21st! I think the 14th we'll be up around Flagstaff.

I'll put out more details later but to anyone else interested Backway to Crown King day trip Oct.21st.

I'll probably also make mention on the Facebook AZ group also
