I’ve been looking online for this hose and have been having trouble finding a replacement. It’s pretty deeply cracked. If you know of any kits to replace them all please lmk!

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I don't know what it is called but it goes from that resonator box to a hardline and the other end of that hardline goes to another hose that connects to the fuel pressure regulator.

Basic fuel hose from an auto parts store should work fine, just cut it to length

It's probably called a vacuum hose of some sort, or else something to do with PVC vent/exhaust.

As someone else said, if you get a length of fuel or oil hose with the same inner diameter, it should be an adequate replacement for the factory hose; if you really want to overkill it, get a couple of hose clamps to secure the ends to the attaching nipples (probably not necessary for a line that's likely there to equalize the pressure between two parts of the intake path.
