Beautiful weather for this old fart today, no rocking chair time today, winters coming. Be safe out there, knuckleheads are plentiful

Good morning. Up a little earlier today but still shut off the alarm and got out of bed an hour later. This nerve medicine works for the nerves in the leg but it sure does make me sleep too well. Busy day, guitar practice a new trimester, irrigation company is coming out to fix 3 leaks, lawn care company is coming out to aerate and overseed with the potential to create another leak. Also need to hit the grocery store for items I need to make pasta and sauce for dinner.

Beer is a good thing. Lots of good healthy ingredients .

 

Welcome @Tacoma_OldFart Rodney never gets old or stale. Even his appearances in the 70's on the tonight show are still funny 47 years later.

 

I filled it last month Carl... Didn't you get the Sassparilla I put in for you (getting harder to find these days). Glad your Buddy saw a deer, but like you said still to warm here. I have seen several around where I live but mostly puppy dog size. Cooler weather is coming .

 

We're getting frost warnings for tonight, my neighbor got a his elk.a couple weeks ago just over 900 on the hoof around 500 packaged.

 

Not cool enough for hunting season here, but ONE MORE DAY! (and we stop setting records, at least!)


Three hours of slopping stripper, letting it work, rubbing, wiping and picking old sealant off. One one cell of the tank...

 

Too hot here as well.
I may go out next week when it cools down for a shakedown run.
I start putting more time in around Columbus Day and/or first frost.
Woods are loaded with skeeters with the 40 inches of rain this Summer.

Good morning. Temps dropping 10 degrees today but still in the mid 70's. 56 degrees here this morning. Slow day today, just the gym and some light grocery shopping.
