Truck running fine…went on2 week vacation. No start, but cranks fine. Checked all fuses and relays I could find. Dropped the gas tank and hot wired the pump, it shot out gas under pressure. In the fuse box I get current to the open circuit relay but no further. Finally when I turn the key on I hear 2 clicks in the vicinity of the PCM. I’m lost.

First do you have the 2.7L I4 or the 4.0L V6?

Does your CEL come on with the key on?

    Have you checked for codes?

No codes stored, also found spare key and still no start. I can’t see any rodent damage

So you have no power to the fuel pump?
Have you checked the IB1 connector (Pin 8 Black/Red) behind the driver's side kick panel?

It will only be powered when the engine is cranking or running.
Did you unplug the connector and make sure the pin wasn't burnt?

Went back later , rechecked, and now DO have current during cranking. Then checked the hot wire at the pump, current there also. Then checked the ground wire…..no continuity to ground. Next tried to pin the ground wire and connected to a ground….got gas to pump to the engine. Connected everything back up and it did start. Thanks for all the help
