    After they operated on my spine [fusion = good thing, helped] they put me on some drugs - I point blank asked them if this was Rx heroin. . .
    Those fuckers swore up/down/sideways that it wasn't . . . fucking liars.
    Choose to believe the Pharma adverts vs just thinking about it logically..
    All that Rx shit almost killed me

    I hate going to the doctor now. . .
    And after the above experience and one other NSFW story, I do not trust the medical system.
    I don't engage this system unless I need antibiotics - didn't go for my ankle, didn't go when I crushed my big toe cause they are just gonna say ice/elevate/stay off it and charge me a $1K..

    I still go see my GP once every year or so - he understands my position, respects it, doesn't hassle me about bullshit..
    I take 1 bp med mostly b/c it was high as shit and I don't wanna have a stroke - I watched it creep up year/year and tried alternates but it was getting scary high [runs in my family] so I finally said ok..

    The for/profit medical system has [most] doctors programmed to dispense drugs to solve problems ..
    I'm could go on, but don't wanna get banned

    Good for you stayin off that crap!!
