I just ordered these TRD brake pads.

How many miles do you think I’d get out of them? Will they wear faster than the OEM brake pads?

They’ll last about as long or slight less than the OE pads.
But pad life is based on driving style and type. No one can tell you how long they will last.
My Advanced Auto (Ceramic) pads have lasted over 90k miles.

The important part is to BREAK THEM IN. (Bed them to the rotor)
There will be directions in the box on how to do it.

i think any performance pad wont last quite as long as oem but your getting better performance and maybe a little more dust i recommend hawk pads they have been great 90k for brake pads seems insane to me i would say around 40 k is way more reasonable number and i have worked as a mechanic professionally machine your rotors for a uniform surface and seat your pads do it right the first time

No they're not. Toyota has their own in house brake division (formerly Sumitomo, now Advics). Akebono has never been a toyota supplier that I recall.

While Akebono pads are decent quality, what is available in the aftermarket is not the same as the OE level pads. It's a premium aftermarket OEM replacement pad, nothing more.
