Hello, I got some wheels from a 2023 TRD pro with all TPMS, I would like to know if the TPMS can be programmed on my 2019 TRD off Road?

Sure can, a tire shop could do it or you could see if the dealer could hook you up.

I went to a tire shop, but they couldn't program them. I'll try to go to the dealer

Are you planning on keeping both sets of wheels? I have a TPMS tool that I use when I swap my summer and winter tires on my Tacoma and CR-V. If you’re going to do something like that I would recommend the small investment for the tool.

I'm planning to sell the other ones. Today I went to a tire shop and they couldn't program them, the person who sold them to me told me that he left the sensors installed or maybe he removed the sensors.
    The valves look different.

My 2022 Sport had TPMS with valves like the first pic. The bottom pic you posted are a different (older?) style of TPMS that I have seen on older vehicles.

He likely left them in there, to take them out and keep the TPMS it would cost the same as just buying new TPMS for his new wheels.

How kind of him to be clear about that.

The stems don't really matter, they make both rubber and alloy for most sensors (I have alloys on my Accord and rubber on the Tacoma). So either of those could be TPMS or not.

I would just have your tire shop check the tires and install TPMS sensors as needed - and pick the style you want.
