New 2024 Tacoma versus new Land Cruiser 250? Besides the pickup vs SUV layout, will they really be all that different?

I hope it's okay to post this link. If not, I apologize in advance:

Based upon everything the engineer said in the video link above, (about the TNGA frame, the powertrain, the body structure strength, the off road capability and durability) about what makes a Land Cruiser a "real" Land Cruiser, would not the upcoming Tacoma also be a "real" Land Cruiser? The 2024 Land Cruiser and Tacomas will share the same frame (I think?), powertrain, presumably the same body strength (the engineer stated that all Toyota's must meet the same standards for body strength and overall durability). Aside from being a pickup, how will the upcoming Tacoma be qualitatively different: will it be less capable, less durable, less strong? If the answer is that the Tacoma will be just as strong, durable, etc. may it be a better value than the 250 Land Cruiser? I'm assuming a 2024 Tacoma TRD OFF Road well equipped will land somewhere around 45K. The Land Cruiser 250 will reportedly start somewhere around 55K.
