    Yea I've got some restructuring to do with the floor joist under the kitchen and living room. A couple got ate up by termites, and several are cracked right down the middle. Sprayed the wood to rid the termites, now I just gotta get some wood down there and strengthen it all up. Luckily for me all I have to do is pay for materials. I'm pretty handy at carpentry.
