Hey everyone, I got the p0303 code tonight when trying to go home. My truck would stutter when trying to get on it after 30mph. And around 40-45mph, 1500-2000 rpm my truck will shake really badly. Spark plugs, coils and wires were all changed 20k miles ago. What do you guys think is the problem? Hoping it might just be a spark plug! Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

Most likely a coil or plug.
    I’d swap #3 coil with #1.
See if the problem stays a #3 or goes to #1.

You can do the same with the plug.
But swap the plug to a different cylinder than the one you swap with the coil.

Agree with @TnShooter check the coils/plugs. After that I would check the injectors.
