I'm at site 141. I definitely want to hit the trails on Friday morning first thing. and then play it by ear on Sat.

For a whole bird you're going to want to spatchcock it for smoking.

I've been contemplating and would love to take you up on the open real estate offer but i don't have anything to smoke, unfortunately. I could throw some sausages in but it would just be for the sake of it.

145 and 144 or 146 as well for John. Can't remember which but I'm 99% sure he's next to me. They're looking to do blue/blacks Friday morning though I think. Maybe Saturday if there's a weekend pass or something we can bring some people out to the western side for a few hours before or after lunch time or something.

I'm sure fireside chats will be used to plan things.

144 for me with room for one more rig if anyone needs a place to crash. The other guys that were coming are broke in one way or another.

2 day pass is $50 or one day pass was $40?

Bootlegger is a fun trail, for my 10 year old on his 110cc quad. Don't bother in a built truck.

If you want good stuff head over to lower and upper anthracite on the west side. Especially in the rain those will give you a good run.

I'd avoid MudPit though, @TwistedTLM4 made the shirt last year trying it.

Everyone got their rain gear packed?

Nah we're going to shove it inside the pig probably. We thought about doing pig->turkey->duck->chicken->quail but couldn't find a [legal] duck.

Change of plans. This is what happens when my girlfriend doesn't order the keg when I asked her to

The keg will be Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager.

~20lbs of chicken thighs have been smoked and pulled. Sauce will be assembled on site and used to heat the chicken

Real talk, my door is always open, brother. If you need a night or weekend to just F-off and grab a beer or bonfire, let me know. We might be in the corner of the state, but we're here.
