Nice ! Ok that makes more sense to me
I’ve got the medium, Spicy ECT.
They are great tunes you’re going to love it . I haven’t noticed a difference in MPG but then again I got my tune the same day I got my 3” lift and 33’s.
Power and shift points is a night and day difference though :bananadance:

400 a tankful. I am speechless and need to have this done if that is an actual case. I thought i was doing good with 23 MPG and about 330 miles from full

I was disappointed in the Toyota QC on these. Both were not seated in their lower channels, I was able to fix this with a trim tool.

    upload_2023-10-10_12-9-57.jpg

    upload_2023-10-10_12-10-11.jpg

Before I could do that however I had to de-burr the bottom channels. There are 5-ish of these openings on the bottom of the rails that allows the top/bottom parts to clip together. 2-3 of these on each rail had plastic burrs that needed to be removed in order for them to function as designed.

    upload_2023-10-10_12-10-27.jpg

I got the OEM version with the idea that it was a factory direct fit, therefore no muss no fuss. And with only 15 Torx screws, a little cleaning, silicon application (neutral curing), this process should only take about an hour for both. But between the problems above, plus extremely poor screw to hole alignment, this turned into a 3+ hour wrestling match. Not sure if this is more of a comment on my abilities or Toyota's QC...but I'm gonna blame Toyota to make myself feel better. :D:D:D

And to Toyota, in case you are creeping on TW...

That had occurred to me to make something like that, but I expect the void will catch Massachusetts slush so I wanted it to run free and not hang out! I like how clean that is on yours!

The trimming was a little bit along the front edge of the orange lip, it is a little proud, so I could have trimmed some more down to get it really flush
    upload_2023-10-10_12-57-18.png

Then there are two support arms that come up from the horizontal frame rail and stick up to the bumper. Those took some trimming of the air dam, there are some channels that I had to totally chop out to be able to remount the dam (you can sort of see how the orange lip from the above is pushed a wee bit down in this as well)

That was one of main things I also didn't like. Driving 25mph in our neighborhood would have the rpm's at 2,000 give or take and it sounded and acted just how you described yours did. It was the same at 45mph. The only way I would get around that is to speed up until it would finally shift then let it drop back down in speed. That would work until you slowed down a bit more and the truck would downshift. Then you would have to begin that same dance again. Speeding in a 25 or 45 zone just to get the truck to shift is not something I am willing to do which would be risking a ticket with my CDL, let alone the crap that I'd have to go through at work because of getting a ticket. Big Brown frowns upon that big time.

I usually have about 375 or so total miles from a tankful with less than a quarter tank before filling up...this is why I estimate 400...probably closer to 390 but it's wishful thinking.

Dividing total number of miles by tank size gets me this MPG:

    400miles/22gallons= 18.181818
    390miles/22gallons= 17.727272

I've enjoyed the OTT Tune since May 2022...first version 7 and then 8 in Sept 2022.

The Sport's wheel tire setup are slightly heavier than the OR because of the 17" wheels vs 16".

It's best to keep the individual total wheel/tire weight to 36lbs...at least, that's what I was recommended.

I've got just under 25K miles on my Sporty Spice Taco...so when I get to 50-60K miles, I will begin the search for a bigger setup: current 265/65R17 forecast 270/70R17
