Fishing has been great when the weather permits. We've had a lot of wind which produces big waves and lots of current. But, when you can hold bottom, you'll catch all you want. Temps still great also, just started getting a little cool at night, but 70's during the day, perfect fall weather!

Wow, hard to find the old Supra's in decent shape. I had an '83 1/2, the first generation of the new body style. Man, I loved that car, wish I still had it today. Had to get rid of it when we started a family, hard to get a child seat in the back :annoyed: Just started my company and couldn't afford to keep it and get a family vehicle. (Couldn't bring myself to admit I had a mini van)

Freaking nice, love the rear disks. I bet this set up makes it feel super sure on road.

I honestly feel like the best mileage I get is when I fill up at about 1/2 tank. That being said.... I generally wait until I'm down below 1/4 tank before I pull into a gas station. I'm generally putting in between 16 and 18 gallons...I get my best mileage on the first half tank and I'm always telling myself to stop and fill up however I rarely do

It's a good preventative measure... It's not a lot of work...... especially if you have to pull the bed and try and reform rust EVERYWHERE.... I learned my lesson the hard way and also get on my back a couple times a year to do this ... Down the road we have a pay carwash that actually has hot high pressure water and it's pretty cheap if your only using the water. The beach air, sand, salt are relentless... To me this is a necessary measure....it's even more important that washing and waxing.... The foundation needs to be cared for.

Dana 60 under a 3rd Gen. Nice! If I ever scrap my '92 Chevy I guess I can swap my 14 bolt and 9.25' front IFS onto my Taco. :)

Just go on Cape Hatteras National Park website. It will lead you to make an account. Fill it out and pay for a 10 day pass or yearly. You can print it off or pick up a card and fill it out. I got my card at local tackle shop.

The grill is from custom car grill on Amazon, the emblem is from Diaz Fabrication, although not sure if he’s making them anymore.

Saltwater fishing license, National Seashore OR pass, Fort Fisher OR pass. None of these were required when I moved here in ‘91. That’s progress.

Dude tell me about it! I've been searching for an 87 targa in this condition for 5+ years (wanted a car from the year I was born and I'll never be able to afford an F40, so this is second favorite lol). The truck actually happened because I pretty much gave up searching for one after ~3 years and really wanted a Tacoma too. So happy to finally have my attainable dream car though. Pretty good timing as well as the truck build is almost wrapped up.
The MKII's are dope too (MKI's are pretty damn ugly tho tbh lol). Pupups gang! :infantry:Trying to get a buddy to pick up an MKII actually if he finds one.

I take it you must have experienced that same exact thing? Glad to see that others have said they did so it isn't just a fluke.
