There is a company on Ebay, they show a video of them cutting a thick bunch of seat parts with a CNC machine, then machines to sew them up, says made in USA, and they offer a set of seat covers, both backs and both bottoms for 125 dollars, for 05 to 08 Tacoma. Are these seats all the same from 05 to 15, and these should fit my 14? Just bought a pair of buckets to replace my bench, and would replace the seat covers if these fit. The seats aren't terrible, but they are 10 years old, and a little worn. Cleaned them with vinegar, water and baking soda, came pretty clean.

Definitely not the same. The early years didn't have in seat airbags. Depending on what years truck you got the buckets out of you need covers that are designed for if they have airbags or not. Of course if you aren't hooking up the seat airbags then it doesn't matter but you'll need to run a bypass for the sensors so the rest of the SRS system doesn't turn off.

Then they are designed with an air bag in the side bolster and the seat covers for an 05-08 are not designed for airbags. They don't tear away to let the air bag out in a crash.

The air bag thing is true. I'd be careful and make sure you get the right thing

They are selling a cover for the seat bottom for the later models, but not the back as of yet. I ordered a seat bottom, it is a slightly different shade of gray. When I talked to a upholstery shop about repairing my old one, was told the material is obsolete.
