I'm at my wits end here guys. I have a 2007 TRD Off-Road with 242k miles. About a month ago the 4WD light would not engage when I tried. It would just blink when I switched over to 4hi. I replaced the actuator on the forward differential and it worked. Fast forward to last weekend, I'm cruising around in 4hi and everything is fine. I get back on paved road and switch it back to 2hi. The 4WD disengages, but my 4hi AND 4lo start blinking. It's definitely in 2hi, but both lights are blinking and I can not go back into 4hi. Even when I go to switch it over, I don't hear anything mechanical try to move or engage. Nothing happens. I replaced the transfer case actuator and still, nothing. Any ideas? I'm desperate. Winter just hit here in the high rockies of Colorado. The drive to work was sketchy as hell this morning.

Ok so that is one thing, my ABS sensor shit the bed not too long back. I'm pretty sure the garage that did my drum brakes fucked something up. I replaced the sensor, cleared the code, and half a mile down the road it came back on. I had no idea that would fuck with the 4WD system.

It was debris on the sensor. Popped it out, cleaned it off, cleared the code. Good to go for now, but my 4WD AND 4 LO lights are still blinking.
