    Ahh that’s definitely the belt or pulley you are hearing but maybe listen again for a rattle can sound?

    BINGO! These lads have you covered. Sounds like a slipping belt or the tensioner pulley. Or if that pulley is siezing up, you could have a slipping belt AND a tensioner pulley.
