Swapping to interior leds. The leds I got for the sun visor mirrors are a bit overkill though, blinds me at night.

Those are the best. Clean slate with no extra stuff unless you care to add it.

Just a couple of random recent additions-

A cheap waterproof seat cover (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZMLX44Z?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1). I've got Wet Okole seat covers but they're a PITA to take off and put back on after washing so this is far easier to take off and wash after hiking/running/paddling/etc.

The other reason I wanted the seat cover I could flip around was because I leave it on the headrest but draped over the back of the seat where it covers the molle panel (https://www.ebay.com/itm/165626830192) that has a trauma kit and a pair of leather gloves on it. The access cab windows are tinted, but this makes it harder to see anything there.

There's a pair of these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09QBR9SNZ?ie=UTF8) on the back of the passenger seat that come in handy occasionally.

If you're a 1st Responder and are signed up for IDme, Lowe's currently has a coupon code for $10 off safety equipment so I grabbed another BC fire extinguisher; a larger one, to put in the back.

Are there any good accessories to make the single cupholder by the arm rest more useful?

"Any good" is in the eye of the bee holder. I tried the Scosche phone stand in the console cupholder, which stung as it crowded operation of the manual shift, besides tipping over and falling out of the cupholder. If you'd like to try it, PM me and I'll mail it. (I installed the OffRoam vent mount for a phone, which is used for the Garmin GPS as needed.)
Energize the search engine and look for the product(s) you desire. (Duck-duck-go is my favorite.) "Life is a journey, enjoy the ride. TM by one of the automakers.)

July 30 was our one day of rain for the month. Air tankers and firefighters have been busy in the Inland Northwest this year.

One of the flexible phone holder cup mounts was the best upgrade. The tacomas front cup holder is so far forward it works perfectly. I just use the center cup mount or the console cup mounts instead for drinks, no big deal.

I'm still searching here, but as I recall there was a post in here a while ago that another Toyota model (Sienna?) has a either these mirrors or the type with the integral wide-angle mirrors in the corners and that they are a direct-fit: snap out the current glass, snap in the new.

I have the part numbers in my reference materials somewhere. I'll look for it and post it.

I purchased a Gentex standard-frame auto-dim model w/compass and outside temp gauge. It came with outstanding instructions, the wiring harness to connect with the factory installed connector above the top console, and the lead to the sensor (included) which is mounted in front of the condenser. Routing the harness sensor wire through the firewall to the actual sensor was a little bit of a logistical challenge, but it was fun to do. If I had it to do over again, I would have got the one with the Home link features.

It's the best upgrade I have done on any car, it works flawlessly (even had a surprise "Ice Warning" in the display if the temp drops below +-36 degrees) and if I ever sell the truck it's staying with me. Fun fact: the 2014's had these mirrors listed as standard on the SR5 package, but they (Toyota) didn't install them. People who noticed this and complained got one installed no-charge.
